Our destination today was Cape Keraudren (617 camps 6) which is only about 80 km from De Grey River. We had to travel about 14 km on dirt, sandy and corrugated road to get there. I think we expected this place to be a bit more than it was, nice views but not much else. There were warnings near the beach that the waters could have crocs and sharks so there is no way we would go in the water. We had to park the van away from the road so that we were sheltered from the wind, which was gusting at about 40 km. Once again we were plagued with sandflies and mozzies (or should I say I was, Graham only got two bites to my 22!!!!).
