Went into Karratha this morning to do some shopping and on the way home we thought we would have a look at Cleaverville Beach which is about 45 kms from here. Shane is staying there at the moment and we were going to move there on Saturday but we have decided not to go there. Shane is on his own at the moment because Jodie has flown back to Melbourne to be with their daughter who is pregnant and is in the Royal Women's at the moment. The road in to Cleaverville Beach was not too bad but the area where the camping is has a lot of red sand and dirt and the beach is not very nice, mostly rocks. We are going to stay here at Point Samson and extra night and then we will have to have a rethink of where we want to go. Point Samson is really quite pretty the only problem here is the sand flies and boy they really like me my arm is covered in bites. Fortunately I have plenty of "The Local Stuff" which I am applying at regular intervals. Graham washed the car tonight, it was covered in red dust and sand. This is the only caravan park we have been on in a while that has a car wash bay. It costs $1 for 2 minutes of water. He will be reluctant to go on any more dirt roads for a while.
