Day 50

We left Yallingup and drove once again to Busselton - we went to the accredited Jayco dealer - the Caravan Doctor - and yes they fixed our water leak and the end of the bed.  They were really good about it and it only took them about an hour.  Very helpful.

Once we got the van back we drove through to Bunbury - we were going to stay in Australind but when we had a look at the caravan parks the sites were very sandy and very close to the road.  When we called at the Information Centre at Australind, we realised that we were opposite the retirement village where Gail's mother lives, so Graham gave Gail a ring to let her know.  No we didn't go and knock on the door, we have only met her once and that was a few years ago.

We came back to Bunbury and we are staying at Koombana Bay.  This park is very close to the city and unfortunately also close to the road but at least we have a concrete pad and it is a bit cleaner.  A lot of the parks seem to have a lot of permanents.  We are opposite Koombana Beach and apparently there is a board walk close by where we can ride our bikes.  We have booked for two nights to start off with but we may stay another couple, depending on what we get done tomorrow.  There are a few things that we want to see.

The weather today has been a lot more pleasant, about 20 degrees.
